## Deep-MSA-Score Tool

`deep-msa-score` folder contains the main tool with all the files that are required to run the tool for MSA score prediction.

## Training files

`train` folder contains all the necessary scripts and files that are required to re-generate the results.


## Evaluation Datasets

`evaluation_dataset` folder contains the evaluation datasets used to evaluate our tool with list of all the proteins that were used.
